Hair Transplants for Men & Women
FUE Hair Transplant is the process of transferring hair grafts one by one as follicular units from the donor site of the body to the hairless area. Donor area is where hair is genetically resistant to hair loss compared to hairs in other parts of the body and often refers to back and backsides of head between the ears
.
FUE has made a very rapid progress especially with the use of micromotor. It has become an indispensable method by removing the previous method, FUT hair transplant technique.

FUE stands for Follicular Unit Ectraction. FUE has received much attention since it does not require any incision or suture. In addition, the fact that body hairs, such as the beard and chest, can be transferred to the bald area also brought the FUE to a most preffered level.

The stages of a FUE Hair Transplantation operation as follows:

-
Local anesthesia is applied
-
Removal of Hair Follicles
-
Hair Transplantation (Transplantation of Grafts to Hairless Area)

FUE Hair Transplant with Implanter Pen (DHI) - There is no connection between Fue hair transplantation and implanter pen (DHI) technique. While Fue method refers to extractionof the hair grafts, implanter pen method refers to planting of hair grafts. In some quarters, there is a misconception that implanter pen technique can only be used with Fue. However, the implanter pen method has been applied since 1990s with the implementation of Fut technique.

The technique is named as Implanter Pen (DHI) technique due to the fact that a ballpoint-pen-like spring tool is identified as ‘implanter pen’. What makes this method different from the channel opening method is that the channels aren’t opened collectively. A channel is opened and a graft is placed into the channel simultaneously. When applied properly, naming the implanter pen method as the best hair transplant technique is a condition not to be ignored
